first training session on my plan 3 mile @10mm
That really was a horrible run. After delaying it most of the day. I headed out this evening at about 7.15pm. I never really run that late because I'm normally working.
Anyway, I had to stop a few times on my scheduled 3 mile run due to rotten heartburn and acid indigestion. I think it was down to the steady* course of alcohol and cake over the past few days. I really need to cut that shit out.
I got the session done. Which is a bonus.
